· Enumerate major process within the company for each department in order
to define or redesign detail process flow for each department to achieve
business vision.
· Understanding
Existing Processes by communication with all departments head, with models
and documentation of the current state allow to make a common understanding
between the team and recognising problems in an existing process to ensure that
they are not repeated in the new process.

Simplify the process by removing redundant or
unnecessary activities, plan for
collecting data and collect baseline data.

Applying new business process model
on ERP system translate departments process flow in terms of a software interfaces
allowing end users to enter required data, maintain data flow to pass among
different departments with applying access levels, allowing each departments to
get desired reports based on their process output. Allowing top management to
get required data in terms of reports and KPIs, control data flow by applying
new rules in software, guiding users to follow company strategies.
